It does not matter whether you are a woman or man, back pain can strike when you are not having a good posture. The reason is simple because you are having a bad posture and a continued sense of bad posture increases the intensity of the pain, especially if the pain has been present for quite some time. Although physicians can treat back pain, it not really necessary to visit one as you can actually perform some treatment programs by yourself in the comfort of your home.
It is a fact that most people does not know how is the condition of their posture be it at work, or wherever they are and constant bad posture leads to aches.
