To better understand Dr. Bagnells evaluation and correction let me explain what a volt meter is. A volt meter is used to measure electrical short circuits. When electricity is not flowing properly the volt meter can determine where the problem is in order to correct the short circuits. Dr. Bagnell evaluation shows him where the short circuits are which are corrected and re-evaluated to confirm a change has taken place. When a correction takes place the body performs better and is able to repair itself.
